We had 6 windows and a Patio door replaced by Window World. Looks great! We can already tell the difference in performance compared to the old windows. Solar gain is much lower. Thanks, Window World!

I recently had 5 windows replaced by Window World. I could not be happier from sales to installation. I live in a very old building so it was not an easy job. I had a couple of other companies here who refused the job due to the difficulties. The installers (Matt and Ethan) worked tirelessly to get them installed in one day but had to come back the next day to complete due to the crazy age of the building. There was a piece missing so they came back a third time to deliver the small part. When they arrived Matt saw me trying to fix my garden hose. He took a few extra minutes and fixed that for me too! I would strongly recommend Window World to anyone in need of windows.

WW did an excellent job ! They replaced major picture windows for us with no hassle, no regrets. Great crew to work with; timely, courteous and knowledgeable. We had four quotes for this project and WW was by far the best.

I highly recommend windows by Window World. They are beautiful and cost effective with a superb warranty. The care and craftsmanship taken making the windows in the USA is excellent. Nate and all of his Window World (Lansing) staff are knowledgeable, professional, and kind. My home is more beautiful than ever and the shutters I also purchased added a wonderful touch too. They carry high quality products for an affordable price. I am beyond happy with the results and recommend them to anyone who asks. P.S. The Consumers Energy rebates and tax deductions for home energy improvements were an added bonus. Thank you Nate and Brad and all the crew!!!

I recently replaced two very large picture windows in my back room with two big double, double hung units from Window World. I didn’t think I could afford to do even one but was pleasantly surprised with their reasonable prices and ended up doing both. My new units arrived earlier than projected and they are beautiful quality windows. So nice to have windows that actually open now, won’t leak, and that are insulated. From start to finish the job went great, the staff were friendly and professional, they arrived on time and communication was great throughout the entire process. Attention to detail and cleaning up everything before leaving was appreciated. It’s what you get when you work with locally owned companies snd I would not hesitate to recommend window world. I will be calling again for my next project. Thanks Nate and staff!
