I bought windows from one of their suppliers in Sept of 2000. Since then, the company I purchased the windows from is no longer in business. So I called CDI directly. We scheduled an appointment to have them come out to do a service call on a sliding glass door in my house that was not opening properly. We ended up receiving a call, the same day, from Service Tech, Robert Fain. He came out and fixed my door quickly and was on his way. It is unusual to get same day service. I was not even sure the company would still stand behind their lifetime guarantee. But my surprise, they came out and fixed the problem no questions asked. It is a rare thing in today’s business world to have a company stand behind their product, and yet did so with same day service. Bravo and thank you to CDI! You represent your company really well with that same integrity Robert Fain, Thank you!
