Horrible experience! They booked me an appointment 3 weeks out (all they had) and waited an hour between the 2 window block only to find out when I called that the technician was out of town! Telephone person was rude and hung up on me. Left work early to rush home for an unreliable business. Don’t waste your time. I give it zero stars but couldn’t post without putting one star in.

I hired them to come out and replace an extension spring cable and to install a garage door opener (band new genie) . they were very quick with fitting me in the next day but when I told him it was a genie door opener he said he wouldn’t install it, than said he would install it for $380. But won’t warranty his work. At this point he told me to buy a more expensive opener like a $300. Chamberlain and would then charge me $280. So I wasn’t gonna have them install it, I’ll just have them fit the extension spring, no no no again he quoted me $120. To fix them so I agreed but when the worker was on his way over the price changed to $180. So I canceled and call Connecticut garage door service they will do everything as stated above for only $300. And warranty their work
