I called on a Wednesday afternoon and they were here at 8:30am the next day. I thought they were just going to look at the situation but they had the whole thing fixed by 10:30!! Very friendly, knowledgeable, honest, know what they are doing. Just 100% percent awesome start to finish experience. Would recommend to anyone.

Our garage door spring broke yesterday afternoon and our door wouldn’t open. Luckily, I found these guys! I called them up and Doug picked up (not an operator or dispatcher). He accommodated us same day and was over to our house in a couple hours. He finished super fast, and our door works better and quieter than ever. He even fixed all the issues that were left undone by the previous installer. I was even able to make it to dinner plans we had! Wish all companies operated like this!

Responsive to calls. Prompt Same day service. Got our issue with a broken spring resolved with a better solution. Then they saw some other issues with our garage door and got that taken care of as well. Very reasonable pricing as well. We have used Lake Travis before this issue, and they have the same positive attributes each time we use them. Great to work with and we appreciate their service. Highly recommend!

My spring snapped on my garage door on Saturday, Memorial weekend at 7:30 pm. I submitted a form about 8:30 pm on Lake Travis Overhead doors website to have my spring replaced, thinking I would at least get on the queue, to have them call on Tuesday to get on there schedule. I was completely surprised when I got an emailed and call from Doug to fix it at 8:00 am on Sunday. He was here at 7:50 am and done 45 minutes later.. Great service, super quick and efficient and super nice guy. Thank you, Doug!

came out and replaced the whole torquemaster system and upgraded it to the better type with two big springs for a great price compared to what other companies we’re asking for. did the work quick, lubed up all the existing parts on the whole system and it’s nice and quiet now. definitely recommend these guys.

Doug the owner is terrific. Spring broke in my garage and he was able to come out in 30 min. Job went perfectly and we had a nice conversation as well. All around a wonderful human being and a master with garage door repairs.
