Bought a house that had a warranty through window world. When I talked with them during house inspection, it was conveniently, left out that there was a 30 day window from the day of that it had to be done in otherwise it was void. Also the seller and buyer have to be there, sign paperwork. Have the deed, and pay 250$ just to transfer a name on a piece of paper. I will never recommend this place for the shadiness and the malevolent intent of leaving out very important information so they can skimp out on a warranty for windows. I will never support a place who conducts business like this and will do my best to make sure others aren’t taken advantage of as I was.

Greg Cross came out to show me what Window World had to offer and give me a quote. Greg was on time, very polite, very thorough. He explained everything to me so that I could understand the construction, the installation, the warranties and we talked about all the color options. He brought a sample of the window and the colors offered. I don’t feel he missed a thing. I was very pleased with the price of the quote. . Window World you are very lucky to have a sales consultant like Greg.

Had about 9k of windows replaced on my 100year old house in 2020. Most all other quotes where 2x that amount. The sales team, the installers and now the warranty has proven to be very satisfactory. I had a rock go through one of the panes and it took about 10mins to order a new one. (time to take a picture and find the phone number took longer than it took to have the window ordered) The only downside is how long it will take to have the pane made but I do not think anyone is doing it faster these days. Wish every company ran such a tight ship.
