they did an install for me back in 2020, they were #2 of 5 different quotes. they had the best lead time to price back then. they did the whole house, 11 windows, on time, in one day. while it didn’t seem to do much for my energy bill, it did really cut the street noise and still looking good 4yrs later.

Waited 6 weeks for a special order window. Gave them the original window to make sure the window was sized correctly. It was late received and wrong! Then when we called we were polite and asked for owner to call us back. And when he did he wouldn’t let us get a word in edge wise and wanted to argue that WE needed to take the window apart and go to Lowes to make it fit. 500 dollar window. I asked why he was being so rude he told me my boyfriend made his pregnant daughter cry when we called originally so I asked for her and she told me she was just hormonal from pregnancy and then wanted to argue about the window being right. Now we are left rather cutting the window or the house. They do not care about their customers. Most unprofessional experience I’ve ever had.
