They came to my house and measured a table for a custom piece of glass. It was accurate, done within a week, installed, and looks great! Customer service and communication were great! I plan to call them again soon for a new sliding glass door.

We are traveling from southern California to Colorado springs, Colorado in our motorhome. Our windshield came out of the rubber seal in the front and was bowing into the cabin of the motorhome on the west side of Havasu. We called 4 places in Havasu to see if they could come help us. None of them answered their phone. We traveled on to Kingman, Arizona and was referred to Glass Doctor of Kingman. They were phenomenal. There are 6 of us and a Chihuahua traveling. Dee in the office made some calls and got the amazing technician, Brandon to check it out. She gave my boys popsicles and waters. It was over 100 degrees outside so they allowed us to sit inside while Brandon fixed the window. He was able to get it back where it belonged, glued and ready for us to drive. We had to wait for the glue to dry before we could drive it so we were able to stay in the motorhome in their parking lot until morning. 5 stars. They were so very kind and got it done quickly.

Got 2 popsicles very much welcomed! Let us stay inside for a few minutes they were very talkative especially D (the Manager) thanks to Brandon for the help with the windshield on our RV! (There will probably be a similar yelp review to this which was my mom :). )

I went to the Glass Doctor to get 8 glass shelves for my entertainment center project. They got them to me sooner than they expected and I thought the price was reasonable. Overall good experience!

This company is a complete fraud! I had a quote for three glasses to be replaced! I put a down payment of $500, which covered all three of the glass, and I paid for installation of one of the glass for $ 203. I have reached out multiple times trying to speak to the owner because he got rid of the two glasses that I purchased, I finally got a call back from Dee and the new owner. He was extremely rude and wouldn’t offer any refund nor to remake my glass! They will take your money and fraud you@
