The new windows made an immediate difference in how quiet the house is and comfort levels on hot days. I can’t wait to see the temperature difference of the house in the winter! The contractor was quick, knowledgeable, and polite. Questions were quickly and throughly answered.

Now seems like the perfect time to make a review of the recent window installation we had done by Brightside. With the heat wave we are experiencing it does not escape me that we are lucky to have such quality energy star windows keeping the heat out and the cool air in! While normally, like most people, we tend to avoid door to door sales people…. Because let’s face it they can be pushy… Brightside happened to catch us at the right time since we were already considering replacing our windows. We assumed we would go with the big name one I am sure we are all familiar with, but after hearing them out, we were impressed with Brightside and what they had to offer at a more reasonable price. Since they don’t send out marketing materials, that doesn’t have to factor into their pricing! We ended up replacing 18 windows in total and now after having them for a while I can say they have definitely made a difference. For one, the sun setting would often make cooking unbearable, and our black counters would feel scorching hot to the touch, but now they remain cool even at the peak sun times! We also finally received an energy bill that shows both last June and this one and the drop in energy use was down 29%. We have two zones in our house, and even still it would be hard to keep it comfortable, but it’s been much better of late. We did have an issue with a mistake in ordering 4 of the windows due to a typo on the measurements, and so had two sets of workers installing them, but everything looks great and all of the workers were polite and efficient. With a lifetime warranty on their product I know that should any issues arise we will be in good hands. The windows are quite a step up from the builder grade ones we had before with lots of bells and whistles that make them more efficient as well as easier to clean, but they also look really impressive with the extra beveled edges. While this is not something we were concerned about, it definitely makes the exterior stand out! I would absolutely recommend Brightside to anyone looking by to replace one or many windows!

Installers were wonderful. They were efficient, and fast. All 23 windows were installed in three days. The new windows definitely keep out much more heat than two pane windows and not much sound from outside gets in the house (except for loud firecrackers).

Working with Brightside Windows was a great experience. Everyone I worked with was very friendly and helped us each step of the way. I was especially impressed with Eugene our installer who was quiet, clean, and quick. He made sure we were happy with everything and even came back a couple times to confirm things were as we wanted and answer questions.

We have had a wonderful experience with Brightside Windows. I dreamed of replacing the windows in our 25 year old home, but didn’t know if I’d ever get to make the dream a reality. During the in-home consultation, Rob took the time to explain what makes Brightside unique, showed us a prototype, and carefully examined and discussed options for each window in our home. The team at Brightside was personal and attentive. We were kept updated at every step: from measurements, to questions about financing, to scheduling the replacements, and even timing for a final quality check. The installers were efficient and communicative. We can tell the new windows are high quality and are looking forward to a more energy efficient home. I loved how it turned out.

I wholeheartedly recommend Brightside Windows. We’ve gone with them for several window replacement projects, on multiple homes, some with framing changes to install larger windows and a sliding door. The triple pane windows themselves are excellent quality, and well worth the price. We’ve been even more impressed with the customer service and installation crews. Alex, in particular, has gone above and beyond to make sure we’re satisfied, even when dealing with some really challenging situations. Chris Hill has also been a trusted advisor throughout, dealing with supply chain issues during Covid, staff turnover, and growing pains as they have expanded into new markets in Colorado, Arizona, and Texas. I have no connection to them, except they’ve done such a great job for us over the years.

I recently had new windows installed by Brightside Windows. I am very happy with the results. This company has been very professional and responsive to my questions. When I found a tear in the screen of one window, they made the repair immediately. I would highly recommend this company.
