I had such a great experience. I had a glass block window installed in my basement. I worked with Sue who stayed in constant communication with me and was fair on pricing. I felt cared for and valued as a customer. I was pleased with the staff that came out to install the window, they were very nice, extremely respectful, they got the job done in a timely manner and did a great job cleaning up. The window looks great!

We had an old Coal chute on a commercial building. This was not a standard Glass Block window by any stretch. Sue came up with the perfect solution and her team did a beautiful job! Clean, timely, and conscientious. I would not hesitate to call J&F again!

Sue’s team just finished up an involved second floor install for me to fix a failing window in my master shower. It was not a simple job. . . . I was really impressed how Sue stuck with me on a bunch of back and forth while I figured out what I wanted to do (I don’t think I’m a pain but you know. . . ask Sue 🙂 with design and plans, worked out a schedule where my job could be piggy backed on another larger job so it could be done quickly and more cheaply, and the crew got the window in w/o even a scratch on the existing tile which was insane. I couldn’t be more please with how this turned out or the price. . . . I would recommend these guys 100% for your next glass block project. (forgot to mention crew was awesome, polite, patient, cleaned up, walked me through each step, etc.).

J&F did a great job replacing my glass block basement window and repairing cracks in the basement blocks. They were courteous, showed up on time, and completed the work as scheduled. I am very pleased with their work.

I am very pleased. They replaced my basement windows with glass block four years ago. A small piece of concrete fell off from one of the windows. I called them and they came right out to do the repair. They did the whole window at no cost to me. They framed in the entire window and not just where an 8” piece of concrete fell away. This is wonderful customer service and this is a reputable company that does good work and stands behind their work. Definitely recommend.

I had 2 windows installed and 1 repaired. The installers did a fabulous job in less than 4 hours. The work areas were cleaned up. Best of all the windows look fabulous.

This is a very friendly polite company. Excellent value and fantastic crew. I would definitely recommend them to others. I had glassblock windows installed for basement. Love them. Very knowledgeable crew
