I called Visionaire Windows to replace a casement window above our foyer that had been poorly installed 10 years ago. The entire process, from estimate to installation, was highly professional and super easy. Visionaire kept me informed during each stage of the project (it was about 8-9 weeks due to manufacturing times) and even accommodated a last-minute switch in time on installation day with another customer, which I greatly appreciated. The installers were thorough, detailed, highly skilled, and took great care with site prep and cleanup. I am super happy with the replacement window … it is light years beyond the quality of what we had before. I’m glad I chose Visionaire for this job. A++

Visionaire and their staff was such a pleasure to work with! From Josh, Janice, Emily, Darren and all of the installers our process went amazing. We approached them for a full home exterior remodel, as a windows company, they took on the overall project management of the whole job! They worked to schedule hardie siding, gutter installers and a painter. The best part is we had a cash portion option and a single financing option for all of the individual projects. When we bundled projects and paid cash portions we got discounts. The entire process was only two weeks. They kept us informed, checked on the progress continuously and even corrected a few small issues along the way. The entire Visionaire team is built of really great people and I would recommend to anyone! Here’s their beautiful work 🫶🏻

We absolutely love our new windows and our experience with this family run business. Every step of the way were treated with respect and professionalism as the team replaced over 40 windows in our home. When we did have a problem with a complex arched window not fitting correctly, Visionaire listened to our concerns and quickly rectified the problem with new windows that now fit perfectly. We have had many compliments from our neighbors about how good they look and definitely recommend their services.

The sales representative from Visionaire was very helpful, courteous and was very willing to work with us regarding our needs. He made multiple trips to our house to get everything right. The install crew was very good, they did an excellent job installing our new door and sidelights. The only little thing I can say is that we were surprised when they arrived at our house a little earlier than expected. A text did come a few minutes after they arrived though, oh well. The big question – would I use them again? Absolutely, keep up the good work. Addendum to this review. We have used Visionaire for a second time and are still very happy with them. They installed french doors on our deck and did a terrific job. They are fast becoming a go to for us if we need windows or doors replaced.
