I honestly cannot say enough great things about our experience with The Window Professionals. They were recommended to us by our former neighbors, one of whom was a realtor, and we compared their prices and people to 3 other companies in the area. We have a 2-story home with sliding doors and transoms. We chose to have all our windows replaced with storm windows. This is already an expensive task, and after all was said and done, I know our money was well spent. First, Emilio and Tyler C., came to the house and took the time to sit with us and explain the process, they took a look at the entire house, and then we set up a time to meet at their store location to get detailed recommendations and view samples. With absolutely no knowledge going into this process, we didn’t feel like we were getting pressured to sign a contract or upsold on things that didn’t fit our needs. Even after going back and forth with products, I felt heard and supported by everyone we dealt with. The team at TWP assisted us through the whole approval process with our HOA and took care of any questions that needed to be answered. They were true to their timeline and actually over estimated completion time. The crew from Pahl Construction were all very professional and conscientious about keeping debris and dust to a minimum. At least one person from the management came by the house during installation to check progress and make sure everything was to our satisfaction. The crew either wore shoe covers or simply took their shoes off in our house (which we requested and no one balked!). They communicated the status of our materials and work progress very clearly, and they left each day after cleaning up as much as possible. I have three kids in the house, so this was very much appreciated! I cannot recommend these guys more!! We have had so many compliments on our windows!

Stay away from this company, we would have never hired this company if we had read all the review. On May 2, 2022 we signed a contract with The Window Professionals to replace 16 windows at our house, it is now October 2, 2023, the windows were paid in full October 26, 2022 and we still do not have all the windows. The company made two errors, first error, the company ordered the wrong size windows and second error, the windows were reordered without taking into consideration the .625 flange needed for the windows requiring a mullion. After waiting 17 months, we requested compensation for the windows that have not been delivered yet, the ones that were sent without the necessity flange above mentioned, initial order large front window that it is now warped because of the tight fit, a permit extension and an initial promise to compensate us with $600 for the exterior stucco repair in the front of the house due to the oversize window. To date we have not received an answer to our emails dated September 6, 2023 and September 14, 2023 regarding the above mentioned.

I love my beautiful new impact door w/sidelight & transom windows. From start to finish Emilio & the team at the Window Professionals delivered on every detail. Now to have them do my sliders in the back!

Find another company! Constant excuses, and if you order something, you will wait and wait…. and wait…. and wait…. still waiting….for a call, or a solution, or even a proposal 🤔…… time to move on…. so disappointed after years of doing business……I don’t get it. I revised my 2 stars to 1, and if I could do ZERO, I would! Installed windows incorrectly and did not take responsibility for additional repairs as a result of inadequate workmanship! Very, very sad!

Our experience with them has been horrendous. Our windows and doors were installed 9 months ago, and we still have on-going outstanding issues. No one calls you back and when they do, they don’t step up to the plate. Landon is the weakest link there. My husband has taken more vacation days in the last year to be home for them then vacation days for himself. Thats not counting that days I have taken off. I could go on and on, but the bottom line is, go elsewhere.

This used to be a reputable company. I’m not sure what happened. My first clue was when it took me 3 weeks of calling them and leaving messages that I wanted to buy more windows, and no one returned my calls. It has been almost 6 months since I started the process, and I still don’t have my windows. Their communication is non-existent. They have dropped the ball on this order too many times to count. If you used to use them, be careful, they are not the same company.

Just finishing up replacing 26 windows 2 sliders and 2 doors at the house Done in 5 days, and everything looks great. Good installation crew, everything is completed professionally, and they covered everything inside with plastic as they moved around the house replacing windows and doors. Highly recommend.
