I had a very good experience with this company! Timely service professional and excellent customer service. The technician who worked on my garage was very informative and professional. Because of his excellent service I’ll be a customer for life. I believe the tech was named Matt or Matthew. Young man was very respectful and professional I’d give him 10 stars but they only offer five! 100% satisfaction!

From phone call to service it was timely and a well educated Technician that came out right away knew his stuff knew how to take care of us and had us gone within two hours. Highly recommend!

We had On Track out to fix a broken spring on our garage door. We were initially given an estimate of $300-$400. When the technician came out, my husband was told that the spring we had needed to be completely replaced because they did not have parts. He also had to assist the technician with lifting the garage door, which is fine, but would have been an issue if I had been present for the repair instead of my husband. We ended up being charged close to $600, and were also charged a processing fee for a debit card payment-which we were not told about ahead of time. After the technician left, we realized that the sensors were broken as a result of the work that had been done. We contacted On Track and they said they would waive the trip fee for someone to come out and repair the sensors that they broke, but they would still charge us for the repair, and $60 for every 30 minutes they were here. Terrible customer service, terrible communication, and shoddy work. Do not recommend, if I could give 0 stars I would have . As a response to the below “apology” from the owner, my husband said that there was nothing wrong with the sensors until the technician started doing the repair on the spring, so the sensors were clearly damaged as a result of whatever was done. It should also be noted that On Track replaced the sensors in question in 2018, which after a quick Google search should supposedly last 10-15 years, so what does this say about the longevity of the repair and product that they provide? We will not ever use this company in the future, it’s clear that there has been no attempt to make this right on their part.

Have to say this company is amazing! Emergently needed a new garage door! Met Jay at the office yesterday and picked out a Door, luckily it was in stock !! Today Matt N had an opening and was here in about 24 hours from my initial meet !!! Matt was pleasant, talented and a great installation was done!!! I am appreciative of the installer Matt N he took great care and did a perfect job!!! Thank you for such great service !!!! Highly recommend!!!!

This review is not for service on an actual door but for the fact they employ an employee named Matthew who has a heart! We had an incident on the side of the road and as a women owned business with a trailer that disconnected…we were in trouble! He stopped and helped us without questioning anything. Between him and 3 guys at Will County Dept. of transportation I have faith in humanity. Thank you Matthew and you have gained me as a customer should I ever need service overhead doors etc. I will also make sure if I am ever asked, I refer your company. 🙂

Our experience with On Track was phenomenal! We initially met Jay at their shop to see the products they sold 1st hand. He explained everything very well and came out to give us an estimate a few days later. Their price point was great. Matt N. installed the door on 5/3/23. Matt was very informative as well,as were, Jay, Clay and Bobby. There were a couple of hiccups, not with On Track or the guys but with the manufacturer. On Track got everything taken care of with the manufacturer and kept in contact with us until the hiccups were corrected. The whole process was great and the guys even better. We ended up with a very nice garage door and opener. I strongly recommend On Track Overhead Doors, Inc.
