Steve was great and got our garage door working again in less than 24hrs from when it broke. I’m very happy with the price and service. I’m definitely glad that I called them! Updating my review from 5 to 4 stars after having springs replaced again after 4 years. I’m still a fan of this company, but after the springs were replaced this time there was a lot of noise. Had them comeback again and they sprayed some lubricant. There are a lot less squeaks now, but the sound of it opening is just no longer as smooth and quiet as before the springs broke. The tech this time around was super nice, but I really wish I had gotten Steve again who did the work 4 years ago. He really impressed me, went above and beyond, explaining everything to me, and made me a raving fan of Amega. After the first visit 4 years ago i would actually use them as an example of outstanding customer service. This time around I am less confident that it was done as thorough. They were definitely fast and prompt the second time around, but I felt more like a box getting checked off.

Went to them for garage door springs . They were helpful about what I had was wrong. But we’re NOT selling more incorrect springs. Redirect me to the store that would. So Happy being honest . In sales and service. A BIG thank you.

GREAT PRODUCT! Lousy customer service!! Do yourself a favor and save countless headaches, excuses, and PMS, by ordering the product directly from the factory and install it yourself! I think Randy is a good guy, just hard to reach. Door looks great tho! Just wish I could get it to open 😊🙏 One suggestion, other than MIDOL, if you are going to list your cell phone as your office number, don’t get mad at customers when they call you on the weekend, Trying to get ahold of someone, anyone, I was greeted with “I’m home now, and you’re calling me on my cell phone!!!” Yikes! Now I understand why RANDY is so hard to get a hold of lol! Seriously, RANDY, I will continue to pray for you regarding a private conversation. As I am paralyzed from my neck down, I will continue to do my best to lift the 12ft door up over my head as the spring is obviously too light for the solid core double sided door that was installed. I’ll call Jack at Delden Garage! Maybe that’s where Randy is?! (or should be) …

Weather stripping on year old door had moved slightly. Amega scheduled almost immediately, on time, and replaced with new stripping rather than try to adjust. Also adjusted chain and lubricated. Almost silent! Even though a little over a year, the warranty was applied. Efficient, polite service tech.
