Nikki Skinner came to our home and did a full estimate on window replacement. I was so impressed with her presentation of facts with science to back up the quality of the windows that I purchased the same day. She even brought a “science experiment” to show the difference between competitors windows in terms of heat retention in the winter and reflection in the summer. She brought competitors options and their warranties to compare. She was super personable, and I would highly recommend their in house estimate if you are on the fence about window replacement.

Nikki was one of the sweetest persons ever. She did a wonderful demonstration of every Thing and showed us all about the champion windows.She was just awesome. I hope everyone that I come in contact with that works for champion. The measurer and the people of installation.I hope they are all as sweet and nice as Nikki was. From the presentation to the completed sunroom champion was a pleasure to work with. The company is competitive and provided a fair price. The staff that completed the installation were a pleasure to work with. The warranty is the best I have seen for this type of construction.

Champion window serviced us in church hill. The windows look absolutely amazing. The installation crew were named Kenzie and Connor They done such a wonderful job. The quality of the windows is superb but the work Kenzie and Connor have done is immaculate.

Just ordered and bought new windows from Champion Windows. Champion sales person John provided the best customer service experience. I have learned so much about energy efficiency and construction needed for the best windows that I would not have known had I not been explained the importance of having really good windows. I have peace of mind knowing I have a lifetime warranty. I’m excited to see the changes of what I believe will be one of the best investment in my home. Very pleased with my purchase. I had 9 windows replaced in a 25 year old manufactured double wide home. The 1 male and 1 female contracted window workers Kinse and Connor did a great job removing, rebuilding and replacing my home with new Champions windows.

Champions spends more on marketing than quality service. I scheduled an appointment online and receive both email and phone confirmations of the appointment. After taking two hours off work to wait for the estimator …they never showed up. I called the 1-800 number for this franchise business and they clearly show in their customer service there is little connection between the phone bank and the ‘local’ site. They confirmed I had an appointment at that time and the address was correct – all they offered to do was send a message to the local store manager and reschedule me… this tells me they don’t have a good connection with the ‘local’ site and why would I bother rescheduling only to hope they show up. Told them I would take my business elsewhere… communication matters when customers are willing to spend $10,000+
