Technicians came to provide estimate on Tuesday 1/30. Said i would be emailed the quote. I have yet to receive anything. I called 1/31 @ 9, 12, and 3pm in regards to being sent a quote. Today is 2/1 12pm … i have still not been sent a quote. Why would I want to give this business my money if they take 48+ hrs to provide a quote? The customer service cannot do anything for you except say ” They will forward this to their manager” .. this company is losing out on money because of incompetency.

technician came and repaired the garage door to make it working initially but it broke a couple of hours afterwards. I have kept calling them to come again but were told multiple times that technician will call me but he never did.
