Quick response time and super fast fix! Our spring snapped on our garage door on the eve of a huge snowstorm trapping our snowblower inside. Since we live close to their home base, a tech was able to come out and fix it right away! Super happy with the service.

Called Janesville overhead door company at seven in the morning and they were to my house a little after noon that same day, which was very prompt service. The technician was very courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and had things fixed up in 15 to 20 minutes. In my opinion, they went above and beyond what they had to do checking over the door and adjusting everything and lubing up all the door hinges. I would recommend this company to anybody because of the great service and job they do. Very satisfied and very decent people to work with!!!!!
