We used this company because we had a very good experience with them years ago when we bought new doors. We are happy to say they still are great!! Had new windows and storm doors installed just now and Everything was great. Thanks to Shaun, Zach and Andrew and Melody. They all worked hard and were very nice and you could tell they take great pride in their work.

I had the pleasure of having Chris Bixby from Ace Window and Door Service install new bedroom windows for me. Chris is a perfectionist, and did a fantastic job, including carpentry skills to make new cedar trim. Chris also adjusted some older external french doors and they operate like new again. We had 2 new PGT sliding glass doors installed about 1-2 weeks ago, ahead of the original projected timeline. Chris, Zach, and Andrew worked quickly to get our new doors in within just a few hours and were courteous and professional throughout the project. So far, the doors have been great. They slide beautifully and have a much sturdier feel than the contractor grade doors that were on the house originally. The professionals at ACE made the process to get everything installed and inspected run very smooth.
