Our experience with Windows USA has been very mixed. It started with a very high pressure sales meeting years ago, when we were told the price was only valid for 24 hours. The installation generally went well, and the windows were basically OK for years. Twice we needed a replacement screen after storms damaged them, and twice the packaging was flimsy and the screens arrived bent. A problem arose with one of the windows, and eventually someone came to fix it. He found that the seals were going bad, so he placed an order for new glass and seals. Since they don’t have a tech in our area, we had to wait a good while each time. Now, we’ve waited 6 months for a new screen to be shipped to us in the correct size. Twice they’ve sent us one in the wrong size (in ginormous and secure but highly wasteful packaging). Getting ahold of someone rapidly has often been tough, because it seems to be a revolving door in the support department, and emails don’t appear to then get forwarded to someone new. All in all, I can no longer recommend them as a company, except to say that the windows are decent and the warranty has certainly paid off.

Salesmen were very pushy, and stayed in my home way too late trying to get me to buy after telling them no multiple times. Was tempted to call my boyfriend to put him out at 9:30 when he showed up at 7. Aside from this, the whole sales tactic gave MLM scheme, the constant calling of his boss when I refused to buy and lowering the price was very annoying. I initially called agreed to the presentation because I have one window with a crack that needs to be replaced. This turned into a sales pitch for me to buy at least 6 windows for a “one day deal” that I could only take advantage of that day. The windows were impressive, but the sales tactics turned me off.

I recently purchased 3 windows from my local dealer (side X side) and 2 weeks ago one of the braces that holds the window on broke. I contacted USA WIndows via email and they were more than happy to help me. After our conversation was done they ended up sending me not 1 but 2 new braces for FREE!!! What great customer service. Those windows beautified my home. I was really sold after the presentation. The Customer service is top notch and those installers are friendly, professional, and fast. I watched those guys remove/install 29 windows in one day. I highly recommend this company, if you are looking for quality vinyl windows that also look great, and with a competitive pricing, you will not be disappointed.

We too had a very pushy salesman. He arrived at our home before 7 p.m. and didn’t leave til almost 11 o’clock after my husband told him he needs to be in bed by 9 because he is gone 16 hours a day and we didn’t even get to eat dinner. He kept coming back with offers of thus and that and even had someone from home office talk to us! We finally relented and bought the windows just to get him out of our house. When the installers came there were here til almost 10 P.m.. several windows were not correct in size and they used a lot of foaming caulk to fill in gaps. I did call customer service while they were here and was told that was common practice. I helped build and remodel homes and we always added wood to make sure the windows were stable in place. Also, However, what I thought was a regular sales financing, ended up being a mortgage on our home and I have contacted a lawyer because NONE OF THAT WAS explained! We are paying as expected but those unfair sales and finance practices are very deceitful! I will not be referring anyone!

They are NOT lifetime warranty!!! Went through a tornado and got told”they don’t cover an act of God”. Have to pay to replace them Edited to add the WHOLE situation–it is in their policy they don’t cover an act of God. However, after I left the first review someone reached out to us and replaced windows for free! Governor of Arkansas and President declared March 31,2023 a natural disaster. They replaced the windows, didn’t receive the screens for any windows! Called and talked to Chase, he said “we comped the windows I don’t see why we can’t comp the screens, of course you would want those”. So the screens got replaced. The whole time we had the frame of 2 windows on the outside of our house messed up and the front big window was tinted at the first initial installment prior to tornado. They kept giving the run around about these 2 things. Finally they said to fix the 2 window frames it would be $900. We said no thank you. THEN they tell us after we called back several times, that they no longer have the tint for the front windows that we are paying for! They suggested getting someone to tint them. We asked them to pay for it since we are paying for tint they can’t replace. They said NO! So 1000000% DO NOT RECCOMEND THEM! And if the person that was helping you and they cant do anything else for you they ghost you and pass you off to someone else!(What Chase done to us)!

Windows USA was very professional and at the same time friendly. The district manager came over. He added to Herman and I, whenever we wanted our windows units taken out stated they would come out and remove the window units, They kept their word. The price was reasonably. Thank you again, now I can put my Christmas 🎄 😊 up and you can see it. The great guarantee on the the windows if needed replacement . MERRY CHRISTMAS
