We had the original 1930’s leaded glass, weighted windows replaced throughout our house. We had major drafts coming through our windows. Tim worked with us for the right type, color, and style of windows for our home. The installation team was exceptional!!! They were timely, friendly, professional, very knowledgeable and considerate of our personal property. We are so happy with the final results!!! Thank you! Thank you!!

I liked the partial work done by this company but they didn’t finish the job; blamed the manufacturer for the shorted materials and blew me off for weeks after material was in while my not completely installed windows have been exposed. Poor organization and communication. I understand things happen but the customers home should not be compromised when they agreed and were paid to install the new windows.

Update 8-3-2022 Even better! After we had such a wonderful experience with our door, we naturally looked to them with siding. Through a bad interaction with our insurance company we had Merrifield out and they were a breath of fresh air over insurance. As I said in my previous review, communication is where Merrifield excels. We had a small delay in some of the siding being delivered but Merrifield owned the hiccup and gave us the updates we were looking for. We had all the siding, soffits, gutters, and porch ceiling replaced. The only downside is we are out of things to upgrade on our house. We found these people through their Instagram ad. One of the good things about them is they were very responsive. The salesperson was very slow to explain everything to us and not rush us to the most expensive door. We went back and forth and he kept up every step of the way. Because we wanted a bigger door than the opening they had they were able to widen the opening. I watched as they installed a new header and were very good with clean up. The whole process took one day and there were no delays or missing parts. I will use them again for other projects we may need for sure.

Merrifield Exteriors came highly recommended so I wasn’t surprised when they installed a new entry door with skilled craftsmanship and a quality product. So like many of us, I saw no reason to express my appreciation with a public review. I got what I expected and what I paid for. In my opinion, that’s what is problematic with Google reviews. Fast forward to a few months later. Our storm door wasn’t opening properly, frankly it wouldn’t open at all. For some reason the frame was compromised. I made a call and within 24 hours the folks from Merrifield were there and made a temporary fix so the door was operational. They assured me that a new storm door frame was on it’s way and the issue would be resolved. Anyone can sell you a product. Not everyone stands behind the product they sell. Merrifield stands by their product, parts and labor.

No pressure sales. Everyone I spoke to was up front and honest about the length of time in ordering and receiving windows. I was prepared to wait due to the supply demand, but was notified promptly when the windows arrived and the instillation was scheduled quickly. Courteous staff, did the job efficiently and cleaned up. They look great! Glad to find there is still excellent customer service out there!
