CK’s installed an egress window in our basement today. The price they quoted us was very competitive. They were punctual, they completed the install in the time they told me they would. the finished product looks fantastic. They put in extra effort to make sure they didn’t damage my lawn with the heavy excavation equipment they brought in. I’m extremely pleased with the outcome, and highly recommend them.

Great job installing new doors. Very professional install. Great customer service. You wait a while and they aren’t the lowest priced contractors, but the guys that came out did a great job.

They are nice, and their products are okay, but I wouldn’t trust their management system. Bought some window well covers from them, and missing parts left and right….. I talked to them, it is clearly they are not communicating…. One person says I can come pick up the part….when I arrive…they say they don’t have it…. It’s not the worse case, but I do not enjoy the process…

I’ve used CK for repairing and replacing my window screens, and replacing my garage door. The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable, and expedient. They had one hiccup when I had taken a few screens in to be repaired or replaced and they had accidentally mixed my order with another customer’s. In all fairness they were swamped with orders, but the best part was they admitted they made a mistake and replaced my screens for free. I like honesty and integrity. I have recommended them to family and friends who need doors or windows replaced in the area.

DO NOT LET THIS COMPANY TAKE YOUR MONEY OR TOUCH YOUR HOUSE!! We put half down and ordered a door and storm door from CK. 6 weeks go by and I have heard nothing from them so I call my salesman. The salesman tells me the door just got in and I will get a call from the install team soon to schedule the install. 3 weeks go by and not a single phone call from anyone at CK. I call the office and the lady that answers informs me my storm door is on backorder. She offered to call and check with the manufacturer on an ETA, I said yes please, give me some idea of when I will get my door. She never called me back. CK knew my door was on backorder and never called to inform me about it or to offer me a different brand or style. Finally the door gets installed, after the install I pulled the door off the hinges to paint it. 3 different screws were used in one hinge. The install crew took whatever screws were on the floor board of the truck and shoved them into the hinge. 2 of the 4 screws have heads too small for the counter sink holes on the hinge, effectively doing nothing. They cut the flange too short at the top of the storm door and there is a large gap allowing water and debris to get behind the storm door. They installed the striker plate for the dead bolt without making the proper relief cut into the door jamb. They installed new metal trim between the storm door and front door and it looks like they ran the metal over before install because it’s all dented and bent. I went down to the office and talked to the install boss about these issues, I was told they would call me and send someone over to fix the issues, that was over 5 weeks ago and of course they haven’t called me. After the install I paid the remaining half of the bill in cash, 1400 dollars. Weeks later I get an email from CK asking for payment. I called and explained I paid cash at the time of install. They sorted it out called me back and told me they found the money, an honest mistake. Then a week later I got another email asking for payment again, again had to call and explain not only did I pay but we just had this conversation. This company is probably the single worst company I have ever spent money with. Zero communication from all levels of their company, poor quality of work, overpriced, disorganized garbage. It’s not one mistake they made it’s the fact they made every mistake and have no willingness to fix it or even attempted to fix it. The only positive from this experience is that I paid for the door before I did my windows so at least the windows can be done by a competent company. DO NOT LET THIS COMPANY TAKE YOUR MONEY OR TOUCH YOUR HOUSE!!

One of my windows had a cracked pane of glass, so I took it over here for repair. They got a new piece of glass ordered very quickly. Tyler was very nice and did an awesome job with the repair.

We worked with CK in ’21 to replace our front and storm doors on a ‘70s house and found the experience of selecting product, models, color, and fittings to be rather exhausting. There was always one more client choice (hinge color?) presented in back and forth emailed order forms. Once the doors arrived, they were installed quickly and cleanly, but over the next year shed trim, sagged, and paint peeled. CK went through three different Customer Service reps during this time, sent the same repairman out three times to reinstall trim and reinforce the frame so the door could hang straight, each time acknowledging the defects and reporting back to Customer Service, who dropped contact “until they could figure out what to do.” My painted trim in entirely peeled off. I’ll bet if I called today, they would connect me with a new rep who would ask for time “until they could figure out what to do.” Based on my one, rather simple, project with CK I cannot recommend them.

Went in to get a window screen repaired. The employee took care of it quickly and professionally. They had a nice showroom and models of the windows they offer. Would definitely talk to them first about further window issues or replacements.
