Came home Tues night, garage door went half way up & stopped. Lift cables were in a loop. Thank goodness I was able to get the door back down. Called ASAP, made an appt for Thurs. Glen was here shortly after 7 am, knew exactly what was wrong; spring broke. Replaced and lubricated the new spring and pulley to the opener. Said my door and mechanism were about 10 years old, in good condition. I’ll definitely call ASAP for my garage door needs. I live in an age qualified community, added ASAP Garage Door to our resource list. Very pleased with the work he did at very reasonable pricing.

This past snow storm our garage had gotten jammed halfway and stopped working. Prior to ASAP coming out, I had a few other garage repair companies come and quote, and they were either too pricey or rude. I experienced the total opposite from ASAP throughout the whole experience. The cost was reasonable and everyone (from the phone call to schedule the appt and to our technician Tim with the repair) was very kind, patient, and pleasant to work with. Tim was able to quickly repair our garage and explained in further detail so I was able to understand each step of the process and kept me in the loop throughout the repair. I can’t thank you guys enough for getting our garage door repaired in a timely manner in this cold weather. I was referred by many to ASAP, and now I can see why. I will be referring ASAP for anyone else that runs to any issues with their garage in the future! Thanks again!

The spring on my two car garage door broke during the recent snowstorm. I called this morning and Amanda quoted me a spot on, very reasonable quote as well as scheduled a same day repair, which was a mere three hours after I called. Then we were fortunate to have Glen show up and do an outstanding, professional job … not only replacing the broken spring, but doing those little extra things that made us feel confident that you cannot go wrong with ASAP. I’ll make sure to tell all my family and friends about ASAP.

We had a problem with a garage door malfunction. We called ASAP and explained that it was somewhat urgent because of our daughter’s upcoming marriage. A technician was sent out the same day. The service was done by James, who was very experienced, focused on solving the problem, and completed the work with thoroughness. The door works perfectly now, and we are very grateful to James and the team at ASAP. Garage door repair.

Very fast response time from these people. Glenn who came out to service the garage door was very professional, respectful, courteous. Very knowledgeable. Would definitely use these guys if and when I needed to again. Highly recommend
