I called to inquire about a complete home improvement for hurricane windows (12) and two doors. When the person (female) answered the phone in English, I began to make my inquiry, and she started to speak in Spanish. I asked of she spoke English, she said “no”, sorry, and hung up the call! Not sure how can’t business can hire an employee who lets $15-20K or more on the table because she can’t answer incoming calls?!? I’m confused how she understands English but can’t speak it. Nevertheless, very poor customer service!
