We called Legacy Ecoview to get a quote for new windows and Bill Bowen came out the next day. He walked us through each step of the process. The windows were ordered and installed in a timely manner. The installation guys were professional and got the job done in one day. I absolutely love my new windows and I’ve already noticed a big difference in our house being cooler. I would definitely recommend this company for your windows

Pernell Smith and his associates were awesome, awesome, awesome! Their work is amazing, their work ethic is as well. The contract they provided us was impressive in itself. It outlined everything they were going to do and they did everything on the contract. They enclosed a screened porch and they put in a slider going out to the porch. The project was done within very fast time frame. This included a delay on our part because of an electrician. They exhibited amazing flexibility with this issue and worked around the electricians schedule to get the job done. I really cannot say enough good things about the experience. The entire team that worked here were extremely professional, courteous, and polite. And let’s not forget the talent. They did such a good job. I would highly recommend them to do any project that is within their purview. You will not be sorry.

The entire experience with Eco View was excellent. Their sales representative, Pernell, was extremely knowledgeable about his product and the installation process. The office staff kept us informed of delivery and installation dates. The installation crew was experienced, efficient and did an excellent job – to include post installation clean-up. We feel we received outstanding value for our money and highly recommend them to our Sun City neighbors and others in the Lowcountry.

We selected EcoView above their well know competitor in Sun City because of the product knowledge and quality of a name brand window. Process from beginning to end went quickly and perfectly! Installation crew removed old windows and installed 11 new double hung windows in 4 hours! Even window blinds were re-installed by the installation crew. Our house was left clean when they finished. Highly Recommend!

Loving our experience with this company. Mr. Pernell took his time explaining and showing us our options in regards to replacing our windows, shutters, and siding. No upselling or pressure whatsoever. Professional. Personable. Answered all questions we had. We have so much to replace and will be doing it in stages due to our budget, which they had zero issue with. Company stayed in communication with us on when our windows would be ready, for installation, etc. Got us on the schedule sooner than we’d originally expected which was great. The window install crew was professional, efficient, had front windows installed promptly and left their work areas clean. Shutters arrived few days later. Mr. Pernell Jr and a crew member came to remove the old ones, paint and install the new ones. Also came to touch up a little of the caulking on the interior windows because it’d settled (not due to anything they did/did not do) on a few spots. The two of them worked hard throughout the day, left their work areas clean, were professional, friendly and answered any questions we had. The shutters they were replacing (and the windows before) were 30 years old and the shutter size isn’t made anymore so they made sure to maintain communication with us about how the shutters we were getting were an inch or so wider and longer. Game plan made where we had our fascia modified (didn’t negatively impact our windows, home, or new shutters) by trimming it so they’d fit properly. Mr. Pernell Jr. encouraged us to do a walk around to ensure we were satisfied with the work. Positive experience all the way around and truly glad we found them. Our home looks like it had a facelift! Will be utilizing their services for the remaining windows, siding and our back door, as a start. First photo is the AFTER. Second, third, etc is the before.

Very good service. Windows were reasonably priced and available fairly quickly. We had some concerns with the installation but the crew returned and took care of those promptly.
