I’m not someone who posts any reviews, but in this situation I feel it’s important for other customers like me to understand the purchase issues I had with Pella. I want people to know some of the issues I encountered. First, the salesperson wasn’t responsive. It would take him days or weeks to call us back. Second, the install coordinator wouldn’t return calls, and if she did, she would tell us that the order was delayed, and she would call back with an update. Third, the day of install, one of the guys from the install team used our bathroom and left brown stains splattered in the toilet. They left screws in the back and front yard. During installation, I was told that I should have removed all the window treatments. Not knowing this information, he said he would need to charge for the removal of the blinds and to put the blinds back up. Fourth, one of the door frames was only half painted. I called and was told they would get someone out in a couple of days. Fifth, one of the windows was wrong after installing it. It did not include the grids. Sixth, one window trim was not correctly installed. I called and texted the sales rep and didn’t receive response. I called the install rep and was told she could have a window within 3 to 4 weeks. I asked about the door frame and was asked to wait till the window was in. That way, they could do all 3 items at the same time. A little after 4 weeks , we spoke to another individual who informed us that the previous install rep closed our file and the items had not been requested. We waited several weeks later, and we finally got most of the project done. In the meantime, we were still being required to make payments during the incomplete install. During the couple weeks waiting for the project to be completed, we discovered our new flooring had been cracked and chipped under the back door frame. Someone had smeared clear sealant over the crack to try to cover it up. We are still waiting for the floor to be fixed. I am writing to make sure other people can see some of the challenges we had to go through.

Just had all of my windows and back pourch done. Eddie Robinson and Nelson Construction were wonderful to work with. Would recommend them to anyone.

I’ve been a remodeling Contractor in Greensboro for over twenty five years. I met my sales rep, Eddie Robertson, roughly twenty years. The windows are great all the way around, adding Eddie into the equation, there’s no question about buying Pella windows. Great products. Great service.

Chris Thomas was fantastic to work with! We ordered 14 new windows, a couple of new ones for the inside of our home and a bunch for a screen porch that is going to be my very well lit painting studio! The in home consultation was easy and informative Brad was very professional and knowledgeable of the windows and doors. The installation team was great they were able to accommodate us with our animals and cleaned up all the nails and screws that may have fallen during the install.

We had a great experience with Pella. Our consultant Dave was very knowledgeable and gave us a good idea of what we would be getting. The installers were professional, quick, and did beautiful work. They replaced three doors, and now our house feels more open and light.
