My wife and I purchased a five bedroom home and wanted to replace all windows and doors with impact before moving in. As I am a Florida certified general contractor, I thought I was somewhat familiar with the process. I started with the big two who advertises the most. The first was deceptive pricing, inflating the price three times and then saying I qualified for discounts, no thank you. The second was just a money grab. Next I signed an agreement with a company that manufactures their own glass in Tampa. I wasted two months with them, finally after not returning my calls and continued delays, I cancelled and demanded a refund. They were a total disaster. Frustrated and months behind, I heard of Patriot. From the initial consultation to the final installation, they were phenomenal. The consultant, Nestor, was knowledgeable and patient. He walked me through all the options, explaining the pros and cons of different materials and styles. He never pressured me into anything and made sure I completely understood everything before moving forward. I selected ESW windows made in Columbia. Nestor handled everything, from measure, engineering, HOA, permitting and all the while kept me informed, every phone call or text to Nestor was ALWAYS answered promptly. The installation crew were professional, courteous and efficient, total install was four days. They kept everything clean and their craftsmanship was excellent. The end result is my home is more safe, quiet and so much more energy-efficient. Everything was competed ahead of promised schedule and on budget. If you’re looking for a window and door company that puts customer service and quality first, look no further than Patriot. Patriot exceeded our expectations and delivered an excellent product that was flawlessly installed. My doors and windows are beautiful and completely transformed the look of my home. From start to finish, Brandon and the team at Patriot were professional and efficient. Brandon kept me in the loop at each stage of the process and within a day of my materials arriving, was able to schedule installation for the following day! The team who installed everything were 100% rockstars! They got 3 huge windows, 10 regular windows, and 2 doors installed in 2 days flat. Unbelievable.
