The workmanship was very good. They installed everything in a few days. I made it a point to tell the salesman know that I had a specific lock and matching door handle on the old door that I wanted to carry over. He told me it was a requirement to get a new handle and lock for inspection, which the inspector didn’t really care about it, but, with all that said, i was assured, “No problem, your old handle will fit. Well they drilled into the door to fit the new handle, and the old handle doesn’t line up with the door. They give a good sales pitch, and promise the world, and they do undercut their competition, but will find ways to meet or exceed those “price matches”. i saw they had quite a few BBB disputes, which I knew should have been a cause for concern. Finally, don’t be fooled by the “Post sales promises” I called the engineer about something of concern, and he doesn’t call you back. So if you have them install your doors, be aware, you’re on your own. I DO NOT RECOMMEND FBDOORS.
