I highly disagree with any of the bad reviews on here and I agree wholeheartedly with the hpod ones! James was the utmost professional and did a great job getting the job done the same day of our call. I highly recommend this business! James was the best working through dinner time and he had another call after us. I sent him.on his way with some deliciouslchocolate chip cookies so he would have a snack at least. Thanks James! You’re the best!

Terrible. Terrible service I do not recommend going through this company. We were waiting over 4hrs for a tech to look at our garage door and we had heard nothing back from the tech. We called the number several times and kept getting the same story. The last time we called they finally told us that a tech was no longer coming. First of all, if a tech wasn’t coming in the first place how come no one told us soon. Instead we waited around and our plans got delayed. I’m very dissatisfied with this company. Shame on them.

100% scammers.. I told him what was wrong and asked if he could give me a quote after he showed up… said he would have to take it apart first… it was the main spring snapped .. and was trying to tell me the cable broke which it didn’t.. they are not located in hermitage pa.. they are unlicensed contractors.. 🙄 …

This is yet another fake company that has violated Googles guidelines for quality. This “company” doesn’t actually have a physical location and they have gamed the system to create a fake address. When you call, you’ll be routed to a call center or some other company. Your service call is sold to a random person that is most likely not insured and isn’t connected with an actual garage door company. Basically, this profile is used to answer calls and sell those calls. This profile should be taken off of Google as it hurts the consumer and hurts legitimate garage door companies in the area.

Today George and Corbin did an incredible task installing our 2 new entry doors. I was amazed at how the session went, and clean when finished! They were friendly and professional. Could not have requested for better service! extremely recommended.

Spencer was the technician. I had an afternoon appointment, he contacted in the morning to see if he could come early. knowledgeable, fast, very professional. My door works like it was brand new. Plus he programed my vehicles door opener which has never worked. I’d give them six stars if I could.
