We had Mike, Dawn and Jimmy From Murray Install Services/Pella out to install our windows and we couldn’t have asked for a better team! Very polite, explained the process to us along the way and made our home look 1000x better with our new windows. They were very thorough and left our home and outside clean! Looking forward to having them back for our next round of window installs!

The Pella double-double hung window that was just installed is absolutely gorgeous. It is very high quality. It is real sturdy and is smooth to operate. The service representative, Duane Brackbill, helped us through the entire process. He was friendly and very available to answer questions all along the way. Also, when needed, he put us in touch with easy access to other company departments. We are very pleased to have had such a pleasant experience getting such a beautiful new window.
