This was a great company 20 years ago. I went to take some screens to have repaired and the building is abandoned. Read some these reviews and this is a very sad sign of the times. What a terrible shame.

Would like to file criminal charges of fraud and theft against this owner but that would mean filing in Florida.. since he’s living off of everyone’s hard earned money that he swindled. Total scumbag!!!

Jack’s windows are cheaply made and they are over priced. Shop with more reputable companies such as Andersen and Felco window services. Their prices are more expensive but their windows are better quality. You get what You pay for!

Giving 1 star because I can’t give fewer. Paid for the windows, waited 6 months, they finally answered my calls and then was told they were in small claims about someone stealing from them. They were “too ashamed to contact me or call me back”. Small claims court got them their money back, but I haven’t heard a peep from them about mine. SHOCKING. Go somewhere else, they’re liars, scam artists, scumbags.

Jack’s Wholesale Windows boast lifetime warranty. After ten years of owning these windows they began to deteriorate. The seals leaked. The company was a song and dance outfit. Never replaced anything. Try get a lifetime as long as you own screen replacement on my patio door. Their excuse was they changed computer software so all older customers got deleted. Meanwhile the owner now resides in Florida off the profits of honest hardworking people. Bottom line it was a fly by night company. Even the installers were sloppy and inconsiderate. Lesson learned .. waste of time & $$ lost! 😠

I am looking for others who Jack Tilka ripped off. I am looking for others so we can work together to go after Jack Tilka who is residing in Port Charlotte Florida and hasn’t looked back. I was told my refund would come in 90 days, never did. That was last May. The same story they gave the BBB on complaints. His father who was a reputable business man must be turning in his grave. Seriously we need to work together and make him pay. Do you know the Hammond office closed? No? Me either…I signed a contract for 2 sliders on 6/1/21…10 week sliders. August 9…nope, they added to 9/9/21..okay. Check cashed with no problem. Silence. I call and was told 4-5 weeks. Fast forward…silence. what I now know… Hammond office closed permanently. My sliders? No info. Sadie, sarcastic Sadie, says no refund because they say they will install when received. So wait indefinitely, no contact, no sharing the Hammond office closed permanently…RUN. Seeking legal assistance as a contract does not leave one bound indefinitely…
