Worst possible nightmare with Tai group. From signing to let’s call it finish. Took them almost 6 months to close permit. One window is not correct. I have all in text from owner he’ll replace after final inspection. Craftsmanship like a 5 year old Prices? Overpaid Customer service ? None Neither from office or owner Windows not closing properly Tiles chipped If they say 6 week for windows it’s for sure 6 months.

Recently install a garage door and few impact windows by tai group and can’t be happier! It took a little longer then expected due too Christmas and other holidays in between but was worth the wait! Highly recommended

They installed windows that was fine. However one of the windows need to be changed out and my screen door keeps coming off track. It has been 2 Years later and they have not come out. Do not use this company. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. HE IS A CROOK

Absolutely TERRIBLE Experience. I wanted to like this company, when I booked with them in May of 2022 their reviews were much better. But clearly they got greedy post pandemic and took on too much work and couldn’t provide the materials or man power to finish the job. It is January 2024. 1 YEAR since they installed my windows and doors and we still have an open permit. They refuse to finish the job. I called the DBPR and made a formal complaint. I filled out all the paperwork and provided proof of what still needs to be done. I am glad I did. I encourage any one else who is dealing with these issues to do the same. Terrible company. Save yourself the stress and go elsewhere. like anywhere else would be better than this company.

So disgusted by this company. Paid all this money to have impact windows installed and in less than a year my screens are all falling off. My bug guards were never done. STAY AWAY..They make promises that they don’t fulfill. They don’t call you back. 6 months I have been waiting for my screens to be repaired. Just terrible

Eco doors installed 2021. Problems with the installation of 2 of my doors. So much for a 10 year labor warranty. Been waiting for over 8 months for them to be fixed. Go elsewhere. Moshe you let me down. Disappointed to even have to leave a review like this.

Be aware. Please do only use this company. They did horrible job. Took my money and never returned. No customer service and no after sale service. In addition, they instal broken screens on my windows and never replaced. Big time liars.
