Absolutely gorgeous windows and sliding door. The man who did the estimate and the installers were very efficient and respectful. My mother is going to use Window World when she gets her windows after seeing mine. Would recommend 10/10

Window World was recommended to me by some friends. Everything was top notch in my opinion from the initial phone call to setting up the appointment for the initial measurements and finally the installation team did a great job. Everyone was very friendly and professional. We had every window in the house replaced. Highly recommended.

I purchased windows from this company almost ten years ago. Fast forward to now. The trim around two windows rotted, and I had someone come out to do the repairs. This nullified my warranty unbeknownst to me. I contacted the company after the fact to get the trim replaced, and that is when I learned this. They still sent out their field supervisor, Mr. Seth, to do an inspection, and he made it right. He noticed that the trim was not installed according to the company’s current standards. He made the trim for the windows and gave us instructions on how to install it properly. Seth went out out his way to make sure I was taken care of. I was never dissatisfied with the appearance of my windows, but I must say that now, with the new trim, they look better than ever. Not only does window world stand on their windows, they stand behind their product. Thank you Seth and window world.

Well I had a sliding door put in. And one of the panels was chipped off . So I am currently and still waiting for my new panel that has been at their shop for 3 weeks now. I was told when they are in my vicinity working they will come install it. lol The money I have paid out for my windows and that sliding glass door. It don’t seem to matter to them. I was actually told that though. Am I pissed off hell yes ! A 10 min job and I am still waiting.

Got a great deal with a promotion that they were running and financed easily and quickly. The installation men were great and answered all my questions, had a broken window while shipping and they had already started the process of getting it taken care of before they even got to my house to install the windows, they cleaned while working and after they finished. I even had questions about doors and they talked to me about that as well and I didn’t get a door. They were great and I am so happy with the windows. My house feels better and I noticed a difference same day as they were finishing the installation.

These guys are professional and very skilled installers! 17 windows removed and 17 installed in 7 hrs, removal of old windows in about 1.5 hrs. Nothing to show they were even here at completion. Safely removed glass before removing frames. Very organized and efficient. Oh, lol the windows are amazing and they look great too! I’d recommend this company!
