Mountain Safe Exteriors replaced all the windows in our 30 year old house. This experience was so positive & was handled by professionals who were efficient & accommodating. Our first informative meeting with Dave was just the education we needed to make the important decision to purchase replacement windows. As the windows were being carefully & efficiently installed, Neil & Eduardo & the team of professional installers were more than capable of transforming our house with fabulous new windows. My husband & I cannot overemphasize what a positive experience this was for us.

We had an incredible experience with Mountain Safe installing new windows and doors in our entire home. The customer service we received from start to finish on our project was beyond anything I’ve experienced with ANY contractor. From the design and estimating stage with Dave, follow up calls with Cari, project coordination with Neil and installation with Eduardo and Luis, EVERY SINGLE PERSON we came in contact with went above and beyond to make sure the job was done right. We’ve received so many compliments on our new windows. I highly recommend Mountain Safe Exteriors!

We had to have several quotes for insurance & were shocked by the price of windows & the sales people that came to our house. I really didn’t feel comfortable with any of them.I don’t like or do high pressure from anyone & honesty is a must for us. Woody & Dave came over, gave a quote & didn’t give us any pressure what so ever. Relaxing, honest, what you see is what you get & I got that. We went with them because of them, the price & Lonnie who referred them to us. These guys the real deal. Lonnie came & did the measurements, Neal & his crew were here & did a fantastic job. The guys are professional, caring, friendly. I felt like was hanging around a group of my good friends. They went beyond for us at the installation I have a rescue dog from New Mexico who was feral & abused so she has PTSD theses guys got to know her & did her room 1st so she could go her safe place. That meant so much to us. Who does that? My dog was a priority for these awesome guys & Neal. If you want windows, please call the guys at Mountain Safe Exteriors you will be more than happy. We had our 30 year old house refreshed with new windows, siding and gutters. Mountain Safe was a dream to work with from the initial bid to the installation to follow up. They performed wonderfully and completed the job well ahead of what I expected. There response to my concerns was amazing. I can’t recommend this group enough. I love the way our house looks now.

Cannot recommend these guys enough! I got Dave’s number from our deck guy and he came over and gave us a great quote. Our team of Jon and Gilberto were amazing and our house now looks brand new. Living in the mountains and in a high fire risk area, we were really excited by the prospect of siding with a great reputation in the fire mitigation space. Not only does our house look brand new, but it’s also safer. By the way, you’ll get quotes for good, better, and best. Go best… it basically strips the house down on the exterior to the studs, cleans out all insulation, scraps, etc and then puts brand new insulation inside. Pretty awesome having an R value about 20 up here now in the mountains Thanks again Dave, Jon, Gilberto and team

From start to finish the entire crew was great to work with. Marcos and his crew did an outstanding job with the siding and stone work. Gilberto responded quickly to my questions and had excellent attention to detail to make sure that everything was perfect when the work was completed. Mountain Safe exterior completely transformed the way our house looks. I would highly recommend this company.
