We recently purchased windows for WM Home & Window and absolutely love the finished product. Scott and his team were great to work with. He completed the project in half the time of other companies (in December too) and at a much more affordable price.

Great experience. Windows arrived and work was done within the time line given. What a difference in an old house. Love the look on the outside as well as the inside. Impressed with how much quieter it is with the new windows. Very professional crew! Skilled, hard working and took pride in their work. We highly recommend West Michigan Home and window

The sales experience was great The install was a month late from the estimated 6-8 week wait. The install date wasn’t set until a day before. The lead installer was rude and rushed my wife and child out of the house half an hour before they were supposed to be there. Then he was pestering us every time he saw us about the check. The windows and installation debri were left uncleaned. Edit: The owners response is biased with details given by the aforementioned rude installer. I was willing to give the benefit of the doubt, but was then accused of being a liar by said owner.

Scott and team helped me with my guest bathroom remodel. It is perfect! I have hired him for my Kitchen and owner’s suite bath now too! Adding the before and afters of my owner’s suite bathroom and kitchen. Still a 5 star experience!!
