Spencer was great in the beginning as a salesman. The windows are great. Everything else after not so much. I started finding glass in my landscaping. A window must’ve broken while removing and the pieces were not picked up. Contacted Spencer, and he told me he sent it to management. Never heard from anyone after a week. Messaged him again and he said he will send a message to them again. Didn’t hear from someone after 2 weeks. Long story short, it’s been 2 months and they still haven’t sent anyone out to properly clean up the glass. I have called just about every other day to get this figured out.

Our salesperson was great! He was running a few minutes behind, and Champion called me to let me know, which is great communication. He explained everything in detail down to showing us the compititions warranties compared Champions which was very helpful in our decision making. We were really happy with the lifetime warranty that was simple, direct and easy to understand and know that we will be covered for the lifetime of the house.
