Get what you pay for. It was the most reasonable price we could find, and I opted for the middle-tier on the bid. First the guy installed the windows outside the house’s frame, he came to redo it. Then the springs were wrong and either snap the windows open fast and hard, or won’t hold the windows open at all, and the locks were the wrong kind, the sliding glass door seal failed and there are white streaks through the inside of the glass, and one of the low-e coated windows has it on the wrong side so it failed too and looks like acid ate it, all within the first few months. They came, assessed, took photos, changed a few locks, swapped a couple of springs, left the rest with a promise to return, understandably blaming supply chains. I get it, but that was 2 years ago. I sure hope they’re not still waiting. Multiple calls and messages left for them, 2 years later and we are still waiting. I ran into the owner at a grocery store about a year ago, he asked if I got a rebate check from the manufacturers, which was a surprise to me as I hadn’t heard anything about a rebate. Never got a check. Called the office a few more times and left messages with a receptionist, never heard back again. I would love to love this local company and will happily update my review if they take care of the problems.

Great experience from start to finish. Patty was very patient as I explored my options for 2 doors that are opposite each other in the room. Their quote was very competitive. I like dealing with a local business. She kept me updated as the custom doors were built. Damien & Gage did the install and they were friendly, professional and did an excellent job. The new doors are beautiful, I highly recommend!

Supply chain issues caused quite a delay (several months) but once the parts arrived, Bratton was on the job, on time, in and out. Beautiful new commercial entry doors with ADA compliant auto opener. Sadly, the equipment has been malfunctioning and the business has not yet been able to keep it operational for any reasonable length of time. However, with one exception, they have been very prompt in sending a technician when we’ve had issues.

Very good communication; called to verify I was home and let me know their ETA. Estimator was the only one of the 4 estimates I received that actually closely examined the windows to see if they actually needed to be replaced. I was told that it might take as much as 6 weeks to get the windows in (supply chain woes). Installer was very professional. I would use Bratton again.

Have used Bratton for years. Had a sliding glass door that needed a new handle. Bratton sent a tech, fixed handle. Sliding screen doors needed new rollers. Servixe tech was supposed to order, did not. Called a month lTer, texh fuy tood our screen. Not opposed to oaying for the rollers, we are opposed to paying for aanother service call wheb it eas their wrror. Won’t use Bratton again.
