I had the pleasure of working for this company in the past as a Truck Driver but due to my separation, court hearing and battles in the past I couldn’t be out in the road. I’m leaving this review because not only is this a great company but if you ever work with Mike in transportation side he will go above and beyond to take care of his employees!. Everyone including human resources were professional and friendly. The benefits are great but the pay during the time I was employed wasn’t but I’m sure it is now. If your application was rejected it’s because Anderson has a strict application process and they just don’t hire any drivers from what I went through. Again, if you apply and you get into this company you will have a great career with great benefits and good pay and above all working with good people.

If you have a job interview with this company, be aware! They will lie straight to your face and tell you how great of a fit you are for the job and that you can expect to hear back really soon. When, in reality, they will completely ghost you. I have reached out to the recruiter multiple times since my interview without a single response. Today, I see the job listing was reposted. They push all this stuff about inclusion and making sure everyone feels respected and valued. However, I have seen their true colors. Its one thing if I didn’t get the job, but to completely ghost someone with no response is very disrespectful. Now that I have seen what kind of company Andersen is, not only am I glad I didn’t get the job, but they will never get a single dime of business from me either.

Sales team of Robert and Dawson are terrible. They stopped by to offer a deal to replace our windows for their marketing purposes but when we told them we didn’t have time today to discuss it they became very rude and insulted my wife.

Excellent work, the staff is very friendly and they have very good benefits… the location is a little remote but to be honest the work environment is very good and they make the change worth it… thanks to the HR staff for caring about the collaborators.

We have been waiting 3+ months for a call back to fix our sliding back door. Left messages, no call backs. Our door going out to the pool won’t close .Dangerous!!!!!!!! Would not recommend them.
