Rigo kept exactly to the date scheduled two months before to install a replacement French patio door. Rigo’s crew arrived at 9:30 AM on a day with rain predicted that afternoon. “Can you get it installed and sealed before the rain starts?” I asked the crew’s lead man. “Yes”. Five hours later the old door was removed and the new door fully installed and sealed tight — just as the rain started. The crew was remarkably efficient, quick, and courteous. They insisted on cleaning up the unavoidable dust and debris even though I told them not to bother, that I would do it. All and all, a pretty smooth and painless process.

We just had three windows replaced with Millard double-paned new windows and we LOVE them. Working with Rigo’s was a pleasure the whole way through- customer service was excellent, prices reasonable, and the work was perfect. They even cleaned up everything in the areas they worked. We plan to hire them to do the rest of our windows now!

Rigo’s replaced all our windows and sliders last Thursday and Friday. They were fast, no matter the quoting process, measuring process, ordering process and eventually the installation process. Not only that, they are professional. We did not see much of dust or debris left after the installation; the seals are great too. Really appreciate the work!

Rigos just installed a beautiful sliding door to my house. The men who did the installation were very kind, helpful and did a very professional job. When the installation was complete they thoroughly cleaned up after themselves, showed me how to open/close the door and gave me advice on how to operate it and keep it clean and in good working condition. Rigo’s crew arrived on time and efficiently started the job. The install was quick and went perfectly. The Milgrad windows are sturdy and well made…look great. The crew was very professional and cleaned the area completely. Rigo, who did the window measurements, was friendly and helpful throughout the process. Prices were reasonable compared to the estimate I got from a big box store. I will use his services again.

Rigo came out and measured our windows and gave us a price estimate and a rough idea of an installation date. We accepted. A few weeks later, Rigo let us know the windows arrived and we scheduled the installation for the next day. Same day as we originally set up. A four man team arrived on time and introduced themselves. Each man was friendly and respectful. They did a quick view of the house and got to work setting up. They were removing the old windows and fitting the new ones within ten minutes of their arrival. We have never witnessed such a well organized group. Each man knew exactly what he was to do and got right to work. It was like watching a dance. They were very efficient. Within five hours, we had nine new Milgard windows installed, insulated and caulked. That time also includes a lunch break. Every piece of packing material, all the old windows and any scrap was removed. Inside the house was vacuumed in the work areas. The new windows were washed inside and out. All evidence they were here was removed except the beautiful new windows. We were so impressed from start to finish. And the house is so much quieter. Thank you Rigo and team for your professional, respectful and hard working attitudes. Your level of service will be difficult for anyone to match.
