Late last evening my garage door cables completely snapped and my older, 2 stall doors would not open manually. I called Mike, he answered and was at my house the next morning early. He was able to fix the original issue and then went above and beyond making subtle but necessary improvements to ensure my door was working better than before. I would endorse Aspen Garage Doors to anyone in need of repair. 5 stars is not enough – their service is phenomenal!

Garage door was closing unevenly. Tried to fix on my own, but couldn’t do it. Called and Mike responded right away. Diagnosed the issue within seconds and fixed it within minutes. Great service. They installed my doors about 8 years ago — would recommend them to anyone and everyone.

Had issues with my garage door not shutting and could not figure it out on my own. Contacted Aspen and they were courteous, professional and quick. Mike was awesome! He diagnosed the problem quickly and was able to make the necessary repairs in less than 15 minutes. Would highly recommend them, and Mike specifically, to anyone needing garage door/door opener repairs.

Mike is a great guy, he fixed a small issue on my door easily and that helped me to avoid a much bigger expense. I appreciate his willingness to help and professionalism. In the future if I ever need anything major replaced on my garage door system, he will be the one go to. I highly recommend Aspen!

Mike is professional, courteous and so knowledgeable. He went out of his way to help me problem-solve my garage door issues and did not gauge me when I decided to replace. Whether you are fixing or upgrading call Mike. He’s that good !!!!!!

We have a Very Old wooden garage door. One of the hinges had disconnected from the screws rusting out. My attempts to fix it didn’t work. Eventually, the gap caused by the hinge coming undone caused the door opener to stop working as a roller got popped off its track. After reading reviews and comments from Mike, I called. He called back within seconds and scheduled with me for the next morning! I wasn’t sure if the old wood in the door would continue to stand up to the stresses put on it. Mike did a great repair, was efficient and professional. Great price, great service, great communication. I wish all workers were like this!

Mike was fantastic! He replaced our old garage door and helped install our the opener. He was easy to work with to set up times for installation and was willing to work with our crazy schedules. He went out of his way to help us out, making excellent recommendations and getting us a door even though supplies are incredibly short right now. The new door works perfectly, everything was very smooth. I will call Mike again any time I need help with a garage door and recommend him to everyone I know. Thanks Mike!
