Quality of windows better than some others we looked at. Installers did a great job and cleaned up before they left. Communicating with this company is very easy. If looking for windows or doors make sure you call this company for an estimate. Cost was less than some companies that advertise on tv

I would like to give 2.5 stars but reluctantly rounded up to 3. We had a sliding glass door replaced and product quality I would give a 10/10. Almond color matched exactly, and I can’t recommend the blue glass enough – you cannot see in from the outside! Customer service at the office I would give a 3/10. Rudy came out to do our consultation and he was fabulous! I wish he could have handled every aspect. After our consultation with Rudy no one came out to do our measurement for two weeks. After we called asking what the hold up was we were told we fell through the cracks, that someone would be out the next day, and that once our door came in they would rush it so that we stayed in the initial 4-6 week timeline we were quoted despite being delayed two weeks right off the bat. Once we got 3 days past 6 weeks we called the office to see once again what the hold up was and the receptionist told us the right person would call us back. They did not. The next day we called again asking the same questions and were told we’d be called back by the same person who didn’t call back the day before. Once it was almost end of day I called again demanding to speak to someone as no one had called back again. They said our door had come that day and that they could be out to install it the next day. They came out and the installers did a great job and were very nice and polite. Everyone aside from the office staff were pleasant to work with.

Finally had our huge, OLD dining room window replaced! Adam and Jacob did a fabulous job – installing a window in 110 degrees cannot be fun, but they were both friendly and professional. And put up with our annoying dogs. LOVE the window!

Dan and Oliver did a fantastic job with our 4 window townhouse. They were able to pull out the old windows cleanly and the new windows came out perfect. Appreciate the fact that they covered everything in plastic wherever they worked and swept and vacuumed. Would recommend to anyone looking to get a window replacement!

Adam, Oliver, Kase and Jacob installed my brand new Anlin Windows at the end of May just in time for the brutal summer heat. The entire installation team was friendly, knowledgeable and considerate. The windows look great and the house seems to be much cooler. The Anlin Windows are super nice and easy to open. Absolutely, enjoy knowing there is a security feature on the windows. I am hoping they hold up and installed as well as it looks. Time will tell when Phoenix get some rain!

Affordable Windows did retrofit of several of our windows recently. The entire team was very professional in how they carried out the job from beginning to finish- from the time of providing initial estimate to measuring the windows out to final installation, the whole process was well coordinated. We were kept informed throughout. Finally, the installation team of Adam & Oliver and Devon & Mason did a meticulous job paying attention to finest of details and they cleaned up my place after installation. I would definitely recommend Affordable windows to my family and friends. Thank you to the entire team at Affordable windows!
