Company does not fix glass when they say they will waited for two weeks for them and still haven’t had my glass on my store door fixed

Brandy and the team at Shea’s glass were outstanding to say the least. I needed a window repair done ASAP. With no promises they said they will do there best to get it done in the time I needed. They did not disappoint called me within 48 hours and had it fixed at a very reasonable price. Thank you so much again Shea’s glass!

This is the ONLY place I will go for any glass cutting or installation. The staff is very friendly and helpful and have the highest moral standards. They went above and beyond expectations. Is a place that can be trusted to do quality honest work.

I bought an oversized vintage mirror on eBay, and it arrived broken. After contacting every custom glass business in town, Shea’s was the ONLY place willing to cut such an ornate shape. They gave me an estimate online, then cut the mirror to the exact same shape & thickness of the original in only a few days’ turnaround. It was more than I had hoped to pay, but again, this is a very large, thick piece in an intricate shape. I’m so glad Shae’s was willing to take this project on, and I’m super happy with the gorgeous, distortion free results!

Two windows: Shattered. Two windows: Replaced with ease! One had to be special ordered and scheduled, the other was a replacement conducted on the spot. I would recommend Shea’s Glass to anyone! They go above and beyond to keep the mess to a minimum, and are sure to make sure everything is replaced to the customer’s need. See the photos of the two replacements attached to this review. Garrett has been the crew leader for every time Shea’s has come out, and has been nothing but professional, courteous, and effective! Thanks again to Shea’s Glass!

I called them to replace a the broken glass from a large custom picture frame. I gave them the dimensions of the piece I needed. . They cut the piece that same day and I was able to pick it up. This was a fraction of the cost I would have paid to have it repaired at a professional framer.

I have used this company for years, and scheduled another estimate to replace some glass panes. After a misunderstanding around the estimate fee, and some conversations with their office staff, we were able to move forward and schedule the job. The staff is friendly and the windows always look great after they replace the glass.

A bit surprised to be told there’s a $100 charge just to come out for an estimate/quote on window glass replacement. You’re better off trying Windowman or Quality Glass & Mirror… Hard-pass on any company requiring payment to provide a cost estimate/quote.

Shea Glass staff was knowledgeable and professional. Our glass was installed while we waited. We did get there early, so they had time to do this. Would recommend them based on this first visit.
