I was looking for Provia exterior doors and discovered Orange Coast Windows. Michael visited my house and spent time going over samples to ensure I’d end up with doors I’d love, then went above and beyond by delivering paint samples and new hinges in a different color for me. The doors are absolutely gorgeous and exactly what I was looking for, and Michael was so communicative and helpful even after the door delivery. I would definitely recommend Orange Coast Windows.

It was a pleasure meeting with Michael and Kevin. They were true professionals. They are spot on with the details and always available to answer any queries you might have. They say what they will do and then do it., if I had more windows I would hire them in a heartbeat . For a no hassle project they are a great way to go.

Hands down the best experience we could have asked for with our window replacement journey. Our house had original single-paned windows from the 1960’s and we were in serious need of an upgrade. From coordinating with Kevin and going over what we were looking for to the actual installation with Michael, we couldn’t be happier! We had already met with 2 other companies and didn’t feel confident with the pricing or the “customer service” we received. When we had our consultation, we knew immediately that this was the right fit. The windows were installed about 3 weeks ahead of schedule and Michael did an absolutely amazing job! Even in the rain, which we felt really bad about. The whole process was easy and far exceeded our expectations. We would 100% recommend orange Coast Windows to any of our family and friends looking to replace their windows.

I had such a pleasant experience with Orange Coast Windows. I had a window glass broken by lawn care workers, and the type of window I had (milgard) required a full window replacement since replacing just the glass would void warranty. Kevin did my quotes and used the window serial number to get the exact model and measurements needed really quickly. He worked with me to get the itemized costs that I need, was completely transparent about the timeline, material & labor costs. Michael came and did the actual window replacement and he went the extra mile to help move my furniture, including uninstalling the blinds (Home Depot made me move everything myself). My blinds were a little bent from the last window installation and when Michael reinstalled them, he added extra bracing and even straightened them out for me. I didn’t ask for any of this, he took this upon himself. I can tell Michael takes pride in his work and insists on a job well done. Another thing I appreciate is that they take credit card payments onsite with emailed receipt so no need for complicated checks or cash and paper receipts. It’s a small thing, but the convenience and documentation of digital payments is very important to me. I need to replace a skylight on my parents’ house and I will be consulting Orange Coast Windows again.

We had the BEST experience with Michael for the replacement of our front door! He was extremely professional, personable, detail-oriented, and efficient. He was even able to do the project the day after we spoke and completed the project in such a timely manner (by that afternoon!). The final work exceeded our expectations, and I would highly, highly recommend Michael to work on your next door and window project.

On Thursday, 10/19 Kevin came over to check out an issue I had with side windows of Garden Window not opening. Worse case scenario, the garden window might have to be replaced, but Kevin offered to try to open the windows. I couldn’t pass up this offer. He might have been here ten minutes when he figured out the function to opening both windows, and he did not charge me anything! Going forward, when we are ready to replace windows, I’m certainly going to call upon Kevin for a bid. Thank you for your kindness, and positive attitude to helping out your community.

Michael and his team were great to deal with. From the start it didn’t feel high pressure, like some of the other quotes we got. Although the windows were not cheap, it was well worth it. We got the Marvin fiberglass window and the Provia entry door. His years of experience really showed. If we had more to do, we’d hire him again. Also shout out to Kevin for being patient with us and answering all of our questions. Thank you!

I cannot recommend them enough. From conceptual to buildout, every step of the way, Mike was attentive and thoughtful. There were some unexpected challenges, but Mike figured out the best way to complete my project on budget. He was by far the easiest contractor I have ever worked with, and I would recommend him to my friends for any home project.
