Mainline Glass replaced 5 windows for us that had leaked their gas charge a couple of months ago. I had thought they did a fine job until I went up to the second floor to inspect their reinstallation of solar screens today ahead of Hurricane Beryl’s arrival. I’m glad I did because of their half effort at reinstalling these. They didn’t try to match them up to the window they were originally on. They drilled new holes right next to existing holes, stripped and broke off screw heads, and didn’t even set any of them correctly as none were secured at the bottom. They looked terrible and were dangerous in the coming storm so I took them down. I will have to buy new solar screens. When I pay >$6,000 I expect good craftsmanship.

Robert had the broken glass in a watch box replaced and using his connections also had the etched initials added back to the glass. The box had sentimental value and it was nice to see it restored to its former condition. I would definitely recommend Mainline Glass.
