I recently received a call from Dominick, asking why I had not purchased their windows since 2009. I admitted that I didn’t know why I had stopped using them as my window supplier. Reluctantly, I decided to give them another chance and placed two orders for two separate job sites. However, after the delivery, I never heard back from my customers. It turns out that their driver sold directly to my job sites, and I suspect there may have been some unethical behavior involved due to the migrant situation. For anyone with a wholesale account, I advise picking up all orders and omitting any job site addresses to avoid similar situations. It’s disappointing to realize that some people may take advantage of others for their gain. It’s situations like this that make me believe in the saying “If you want loyalty, get a dog; people suck.” #Karma

Recently had a new patio door installed this spring and it’s a premium quality door. It is a very smooth door but the only problem was it seemed a little heavy when you opened it. Called my installer who contacted climate solutions for me and they were quickly in touch to set up an appointment just a couple days later. Chris was my technician and he was super nice and very informative. He fixed the door in just a few minutes and it’s absolutely perfect! Really appreciate the experience and all the advice Chris gave me to keep the door running in tip top shape! Thank you!

Absolutely beautiful windows from Climate Solutions, which were installed by Krystian Sobota (H.R.P Windows and Doors). We are happy with the final product!
