This company was the third company I called to get the estimate on the siding job for the entire house with the James Hardie Clapboards and shakers. Their estimate was close to the average of the other two. But the detailed explanation on how they do the siding right was far better than the other two companies and Andrii, the manager, answered to all of my concerns and that was the response I was looking for. He accommodated my requests on the schedule setup and the crew showed up as promised around 7AM and continued working until almost 7PM most of the days they have worked on my house. His crew worked hard and cleaned the area thoroughly before they called the day. I had never seen any work crew who worked this hard and long hours to finish the job. The actual siding job lasted about slightly more than two and half weeks due to several days of rain. Adding 1″ insulation over the existing walls before the clapboards were installed was not easy but they handled it very nicely also. I really like the final appearance of my house wrapped with JH clapboards and shakers, and will enjoy it for a long time without worrying about paints peeling, rains leaking, walls rotting and outside maintenance. I’m definitely recommend UBrothers Construction to my friends and neighbors for any jobs they are considering. Thank you Andrii, Serhii and Ivan for your another job beautifully and completely done above my expectations!!!

We recently hired UBrothers to completely replace the cedar shake siding on our home, and we couldn’t be happier with the craftsmanship and quality of their work. They were a top notch contractor from start to finish! When we were getting quotes, we researched and vetted siding contractors thoroughly since cedar shakes are a huge investment. Andrii of UBrothers was very responsive with no pressure sales and gave us the most competitive price. Our house has a lot of angles and we wanted to keep the basket weave corners so this was a very challenging project. The removal of the original shakes alone was a huge undertaking, but Andrii’s team was very skilled and worked diligently to get the job done. Every shake was perfectly trimmed and placed, and no detail was overlooked. Also, we replaced around 20 windows which were expertly installed in two days. The entire crew made sure to leave our property in better condition than how they found it. Also, they were genuinely nice people. Both my husband and I work in the construction industry, and we were absolutely blown away with UBrothers. I would highly, highly recommend! From the initial very prompt text message reply to the final walk through, Andrii and the crew (Dmitri and Nazar) at UBrothers were excellent! I’ve been building an octagonal gazebo with a finished ceiling attached to a deck, and I hired UBrothers to wrap beams, columns, and install soffits. With all the tricky angles and each section just a little different, I was thankful to have experienced carpenters for that phase of the project. Andrii came out and we talked about what I was looking for, then shared ideas afterwards. He even worked with me to come up with ways to keep costs low. The crew arrived at 7:30am and put in two very long days. I was really happy with how it all came out! I’d definitely work with UBrothers again. Thank you Andrii, Dmitri and Nazar!

I had an excellent experience with Andrii and his team for our siding project. They were extremely professional and accommodating throughout the entire process. True to their word, they arrived promptly as scheduled and completed the job in under a week. Not only did they work efficiently, but they also ensured that our property remained tidy throughout the project. Any mess that was made was promptly cleaned up, leaving no trace behind. I highly recommend Andrii and his team for their exceptional service and attention to detail.

I HIGHLY recommend UBrothers!! Since moving to our house in 2017, we knew eventually we wanted to re-side our house. We did a lot of research and decided we wanted to use a cement board because of its durability and look. This was a big project for us, and I am very particular when it comes to house projects so I knew it was important we find the right company for the job. After getting recommendations and searching the internet, I met with a few different companies and ultimately chose UBrothers because I liked what they had to offer, photos of past work and how responsive and reliable Andrii was. Andrii spent a lot of time showing me different options, answering all my questions and explaining their process. Andrii kept me up to date on where our project was, I always got informed anytime there would be a delivery and when the crew would be there. Once our project got started, I was very impressed with the professionalism of the work crew. They were polite, friendly and respectful. The foreman was great, and had impeccable attention to detail. The craftsmanship of their work exceeded my expectation. At the end of each day the crew would do a great job cleaning up and keeping the space neat. Once the project was completed, Andrii gave us some time to inspect their work to see if there was anything they missed. Like I mentioned, I am very particular so I spent a lot of time looking at their work and I didn’t find anything to put on a punch list. Our project has now been completed for a couple months, I am more than happy with how our house came out. My expectations were met and surpassed. If another project comes up and it it something UBrothers does, I will absolutely go with them!
