Pacific Shores installed windows & sliders throughout my home. They did a great job and the installers cleaned-up each day they were here. We enjoyed their good old fashioned customer service and proper communication throughout the process. I even received a call from them, the week after after the install – asking if we had any questions, concerns or additional requests. Good stuff.

We had a great experience with Pacific Shores. The office staff was there to answer all of our questions and the installation crew was on time and professional. They even cleaned up after them selves when they were done. I recommended them to my family and will continue to recommend them to people.

Pacific Shores Windows service was excellent from Marc in sales walking me through the whole process and explaining things to be aware of and the crew that came out to remove my old windows and sliders. These guys were very efficient and did the whole house including four sliding doors and cleaned up by the early afternoon. I was very impressed and happy to recommend them! Thanks.

This is the most unprofessional, insufferable and ridiculous business to deal with. If I were to harvest sand, melt it down, and create the glass myself, it would STILL be less excruciating than dealing with this clown company. ZERO STARS, WOULD NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. HORRIBLE SERVICE. STAY AWAY! I would give 0 stars if I could. Their staff dropped the ball on our order, ignoring our actual window and door schedule. We spent over $62k on our order for ALL of our custom sliders to be delivered 3″ shorter than our actual plans. The quality of their AG Millworks doors is also absolute garbage, there are gaps in all the doors, the wood is cracking and there are tons of staple holes and areas we need to correct ourselves. They sent a service team to our house who were extremely rude, did not fix anything that they came to fix and left because they said they were hungry. When I called them to see if there was anything they could do I was yelled at and they went into defense mode and denied any wrong doing on their part. This is an absolute joke of a business, do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere.

My wife and I used Pacific Shores to replace all of our windows in our home. The prices were great and Mark was a very thorough sales representative. The installers did a phenomenal job of installing my windows. I would recommend this company to anybody!
