Keegan is a great installer. He had to change out the pins to shorter ones and made sure the windows worked as intended. I would suggest to Window World that they clean the windows of any grud like caulk smears before installing and that shoe covers are required (got a little dirt on the stairs that easily cleaned up).

Jeremy was great guy to work with did not pursue me in to buying anything he just wanted to make sure we got the best windows for what we wanted I whould recommend him any day he explained everything so we understood he also got back with us really anytime I had a question I really like doing busy with him thank you so much

So I’d like to take a minute and drop a review. I just had a warranty claim with one of my windows and the communication from start to finish exceeded my expectations. The owner Jeremy, personally came out first hand and took care of the issue no questions asked. He is a very intelligent guy about the business that he runs and easy to talk to. Very nice guy!! That right there hits home. I highly recommend anyone looking for new windows to contact Window World of Fort Wayne!!!!!!!!!

The installers were on time they were professional. The install was perfect. They instructed us on how to use the windows. We like the quality of the windows the price and they were also a month early on the install. The house is very quiet now we don’t hear any outside noises. We would recommend Window World to anyone looking for Windows.

I’ve called multiple times and talked to receptionist and keep getting told someone will get back with me about my warranty work that needs done. It’s been a month now and I call back once a week still no response. I have lifetime warranty contract and it needs to be honored. Windows are less then 10yrs old. After getting ahold of the owner, things were explained to me the issues they were having with my warranty we managed to get it sorted out
