The slider has not been installed yet, but I want to acknowledge the incredible professionals that I’ve met so far. Ashley came out to inspect, measure, and gather information so she could quote me a price. I am having A LOT done on my property and house and to replace the slider is no small cost since it is a custom size. Ashley went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of by exploring every avenue to get the best pricing. I could NOT have had a better experience than what I did. The gentleman that came to confirm measurements before the door was ordered (I’m so sorry I can’t remember his name off the top of my head) was excellent, as well. Personable and professional. You’ve got some exceptional professionals on your team, Pella!! I look forward to the install!
