I was wanting three small bathroom impact windows, single hung , white exterior and white interior on a single story home. The salesman apparently got me, because I ended up with Double hung and bronze on the outside. (Which he said they didn’t even make two tone, only “pgt” did) size of the windows are approximately 36 inches by 25 inches. $5,300 for them. Seemed steep, but I figured impact just went way up in price…. I have a feeling it’s because they’re double hung and double colored. Picture I posted here is when my husband and I discussed single hung as early as January. I had plans of replacing all windows in white. & have white shutters being installed, hence why I ordered it this way. Both of us were present when Joseph M. was selling to us. We clearly stated single hung and all white. I was not given a paper receipt on spot, and apparently the only copy in email of contract I viewed had no information specifically on what I ordered, only a list of what to expect /do. I cannot even find that email anymore I searched. Well anyways, I placed this order in early February, and they came to measure two weeks later. A few weeks after that I reached out to the salesman to ask if there was anything else to do, and he said no, they will call for install and stated that they had 90 days to wait. Well nobody called, until late April stating that I needed to drive 45 minutes over there to sign a NOC that was due to be signed months prior. (No call was made, just an email from a random name and it got lost in junk) And this was after I asked salesman if there was anything I needed done. Well July 15th, they finally came to install. The install was professional. I did have to ask them to caulk underneath the sills though, as there was a lot of holes. They wouldn’t have if I didn’t ask because they were ready to take payment. They were good workers though, and cleaned well. That’s why I give any stars is solely the installers. The rest of the company really seemed to give me an attitude through the whole process despite my patience. From the beginning with salesman, to the day of install explaining how we wanted single hung, etc. *I was told single hung is more expensive by them here, so make sure you get a quote on the more complex double hung as well to compare!! Either way it shouldn’t matter if he ran the numbers and it was cheaper, it’s not what we asked for? The name on the permit was also wrong, so I asked them call city of Estero, and they didn’t want to do that, even though any other company fixed that for me no hesitation. So now I’ll be dealing with the city myself when they arrive. I’m just disappointed in customer service, and I really trusted them, being a big company, and referred to me by my partner who’s in Hurricane installation business for 18 years now.

Have used this company twice and while first time was a little rocky, this install was the most stress-free and professional. Dawn, Ginger and the staff there were efficient, kind, professional and accommodating. Valter’s and his team did a great install and great cleanup, as well. Patrick finished the job like the pro he is personable and informative. Great team! Great experience! LOVE my doors and windows!!!!

W.O.W! the customer service and professionalism of the window world staff has been amazing. From the office staff who walked me through the process to the installer and his team. I would recommend this company over and over!!! Couldn’t have picked a better company!
