Andy, Brandon, Sandy and crew are among the best home construction professionals we have ever worked with. They replaced all of our windows with hurricane windows, sliding glass doors and performed a first floor renovation. Andy’s vision for our first floor renovation inspired us to go forward confident that the quality materials and his team’s installation would be up to code and survive a hurricane. And indeed it did. They completed our project 2020-2021 which allowed us to have a house post Ian that could be repaired. The first floor replacement weathered the storm intact. Post Hurricane Ian I am so grateful for them. As you rebuild, with hurricane-preparedness in mind, I strongly recommend ImpactReady glass and the Andy/Brandon/Sandy team. We’ve been buying and renovating our houses for over 30 years. We have work to do post-Ian on the parts of the house they didn’t work. Glad we invested in the best and had these pros fortify our home.

We have been desperately chasing this company since we signed the contract in 2020, it’s now September 2023. Granted, we signed during Covid (summer of 2020) but COVID is now long gone…On the upside, the quality of the product is good but unfortunately other issues like responsiveness and following through are equally important to clients. A mistake to the front door was made and they ended up rectifying it by replacing it with the correct door so that was another positive but that alone took nearly a year to replace. However, there was and still is a lack of communication, responsiveness, ignoring and avoiding on their part that we can not seem to overcome. We feel completely frustrated, ignored and undervalued as a client. This is unacceptable for even a little job let alone for the most expensive home repair we have ever had to do. We are still waiting for the finishing of the front door to take place. We were demanded to make full payment against our better judgment because they talked about putting a lien if we did not pay up in full. We did as we were told with the promise that they would not forget about the final lingering issue and would attend to it. I have never had to write a less than positive review because I like to give the company a chance to do better one on one but we are not getting anywhere in our numerous attempts to reach out to them.

We had impact ready glass install hurricane impact rated sliding glass doors for our lanai.. We were very pleased with all aspect of this project: our interaction with the sales force, the project manager, the quality of the product and the installation, the expertise of the workforce and our communication with their office support staff. Impact Ready Glass proved to be professionals all the way through. We will continue to recommend them to our friends and neighbors.

Andy, the owner of Impact Ready Glass came out to my house to give me an estimate for 4 hurricane glass sliders and frame work. We discussed everything I wanted. Andy gave me his opinion on things and gave me an estimate for the cost. I had 5 other estimates from other companies. I went with Impact Ready because Andy was a perfect gentleman, was truthful with me and worked with me on the cost. Two workers from the company did the install. Took 1 1/2 days. Windows look great, fit perfect. Could not be happier with the entire process.

Impact Ready Glass responded immediately when we informed them a leak occurred in one of the glass sliders they installed a year ago in our home due to a small mistake in the original installation. Cannot say enough about their willingness to solve the problem in a very timely fashion and to our satisfaction. Quality company…..promises made are promises kept. Highly recommend their service and work.

We had our lanai enclosed with hurricane windows and door. The crew that did the work was very prompt and courteous and answered any questions that we had. It is very quiet when it storms, do not have to mop the lanai floor any more when it rains, no bugs, frogs, or insects. We had them replace our door knob on the French doors. We have 2 doxies and now we do not worry about them getting out. We are planning to have the rest of the house windows replaced with hurricane windows, and Will Not shop around to see what others have to offer. Their work is GREAT and they are very honest. I don’t know if Impact Ready is still in business or not. I’ve called and left messages, left contact info on their website, etc and no response.
