We are overall very, very satisfied with the high quality products, the expert and super clean installation, the smooth sales process, and our new impact windows and doors. Choosing Secure Window Solutions was truly the best decision we made for our job and installation. Our windows and doors look absolutely beautiful on our home but above all we have hurricane impact protection and no worries about water intrusion. It means everything to us that we have Secure Window Solutions lifetime service warranty on installation, along with our products solid limited warranty. I quoted our job several times with getting pricing for other windows and doors products which I did not want and would not be happy with at much higher prices. Thankfully, I was referred to Secure Window Solutions by a neighbor. I got a quote for our project and we decided to move forward. It has been the best decision we have made and we have no regrets. The team worked very diligently to have our project completed fast. We had 31 windows and 8 doors, including our front entry way door installed by the most awesome crew that was able to get mostly of it done over the span of a few days with minimal disruption and virtually no mess. We passed inspections fairly easily. Our sales rep came to our home, measured, provided me with all of the product information and details. We were provided with our quote shortly after. I met our sales rep at the manufacturer’s local showroom to see, feel and handle the products before putting our order in to be sure. I received product brochures, warranty information, and all the important pertinent product details for our review, decision, and records. Permits were taken care of and included in our costs. Working with our HOA was also handled by Secure Window Solutions. Everything was handled really professionally and we are really happy with the outcome. Thank you Secure Window Solutions and the entire team that helped make our project happen and enabled us to get new our home our amazing new windows and doors!

We replaced our old windows and installed impact windows with Secure Window Solutions. Throughout the entire process everyone from the sales rep, installers, office administrators and the owners were trustworthy, professional and communicative. When we had a minor issue (one of the new 2nd floor windows was accidentally scuffed by an installer) Brandon, one of the owners, went out of his way to repair it and make sure we were satisfied. Brandon even came to our home to put the finishing touches on it (even standing outside on a ladder during a strong rain storm). I’m glad we chose Secure Window Solutions and highly recommend them.

SECURE window solutions did an amazing job installing our windows and doors! I have enjoyed my experience with them from beginning to end. They were helpful in guiding me to the right window and door choices. When installing, the crew made sure to tape off the room first so that no debris would get in. They also vacuumed and cleaned up after themselves so you could not even tell any construction had been done. The crew was also professional and so kind to keep me informed throughout the whole process. I highly recommend using this company!

As a GC i have worked with many window and door companies over the years. Secure Window Solutions is above and beyond professional when it comes to getting the little details right. Your product always comes in as ordered and you won’t fail any inspections using these guys.

February 26, 2021 I typically do not write reviews. However, there are exceptions, and this is one of those times. I was referred to Secure Window Solutions by a family friend that ranted and raved about Brad and Brandon. I could not agree more. Brad and Brandon are the 2 most professional business owners I have come across in South Florida. I was having an issue with water intrusion in one of my windows. When Brad came to my house, he did a full inspection. (had several others come out and not one performed an inspection, they just wanted to sell and run) he thoroughly explained the scope of the work that needed to be performed, the time line and executed accordingly, NO FALSE PROMISES. Once the windows were installed and all materials were dry, we performed a water test just to make sure my family and I had no more issues. As a result of their professionalism service and response, and it would not be just if I did not give kudos to the team. All the guys from their installation team were as professional as Brad and Brandon. All other companies out there need to learn a thing or two from Secure Window Solutions from top to bottom you can see what their values are. They understand what it is to be a true professional. We will be replacing the rest of the windows in our house and will only use the Team at Secure Window Solutions. WELL DONE!!!
